The 290-seat Pub and Grill, which opened Dec. 18 at Caesars Palace, is a sprawling restaurant with two distinct rooms. The Pub side has a sports bar vibe, with 24 beers on tap and a menu of elevated British pub food including Scotch eggs, shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, and brick-pressed Cornish chicken. The Grill retains that relaxed atmosphere, but does away with the televisions and serves items like Scottish salmon, lamb T-bone, Irish beef cheek stew. Both are open until 2 a.m. on weekends.

I've had better fish and chips at "The Fox & Hound" bars. The salmon however was decent, a bit dry, but you get a nice flavor in the fish.

Excellent customer service! The server noticed the smallest things and does all he can to make your dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. Someone even escorted me to the restroom!

We weren't impressed. Slow service, bland food. Can't even blame it on a weekend...it was a Tuesday :-( Not even any salt & pepper shakers on the tables. Strange.

The reviews are true - horrible service ad horribly slow. Food temp was so cold sent back Mac n cheese and had to wait over 20 minutes for new one. Was seated for 15 minutes before server even came.
