At Sofitel Hotels, the re-launch of their De-Light menus got us thinking — why do we have to get food-crazed when we get together? 

Developed by Thalassa Sea & Spa, De-Light menus are part of Sofitel's wellness gastronomy program, which offers gourmet, low-calorie dishes for guests looking to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.

Check out a De-Light Menu that's sure to be inspiring: 

Steak Tartare (81 calories): Finely hand-chopped filet mignon with red onion, capers, parsley, cornichon, and quail egg

Tiger Shrimp "à la Plancha" (136 calories): Three large shrimp coated in pink peppercorn, served with baby beets, zucchini, and carrots

Chilean Sea Bass (231 calories): Oven-roasted with a seaweed and Dijon mustard crust, quinoa, and baby fennel confit

Golden Costa Rica Pineapple (121 calories): Roasted with honey, spices, and chocolate mint
