Ingredients
  • 1 ounce luxardo amaro abano
  • 1 ounce del maguey mezcal
  • 1/4 ounce demerara syrup
  • 1 dash grapefruit bitters
  • 5 dashes absinthe
  • 1 ounce ransom old tom gin
Directions
  1. In a shaker with ice combine 1 ounce Luxardo Amaro Abano, 1 ounce Del Maguey mezcal, 1/4 ounce demerara syrup, 1 dash grapefruit bitters, 5 dashes absinthe and 1 ounce Ransom Old Tom Gin.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain up into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
