INGREDIENTS

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

DIRECTIONS

Place the egg whites in the bowl of an electric mixer and begin to whip on medium-high speed. Slowly add the sugar as the egg whites become light and frothy; continue to whip to the desired consistency.
