Where To Find Free Coffee On National Coffee Day

Don't just observe National Coffee Day on Saturday, Sept. 29, by drinking way too much coffee; drink all that coffee for free. Chains across the nation are giving customers a reason to celebrate (at no cost!) the coffee-filled holiday; here's where to find free coffee:

On the East Coast, more than 5,000 participating McDonald's are currently giving away one free, small Premium Roast coffee per customer. The offer began on Sunday, Sept. 23 and runs until Saturday, Sept. 29.

Participating 7-Eleven stores will be giving away free, large 20-ounce coffees from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 28 (and while you're there, don't forget to cast your vote with a Romney or Obama coffee cup!).

Select Krispy Kreme locations are distributing free 12-ounce coffees on Saturday, Sept. 29. In addition, to commemorate their 75th anniversary, the chain is offering the chance to win free coffee for a year; 75 winners who enter to win on the Krispy Kreme website will get two bags of coffee shipped to their door every month for the next year.

Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop is offering special coupons giving one free coffee to each customer who purchases a coffee on Sept. 29; the coupon is available on their Facebook page.

Barnie's Coffee & Tea Co. of Florida is giving away free cups of coffee at select stores.

Kangaroo Express convenience stores in the Southeast are reducing their 12-ounce Bean Street Coffee to the admirable price of one penny.

Remember, drink responsibly — or at least change your disguise before going into McDonald's for your third free cup of coffee of the day.
