A blend of fava beans, garlic, lemon juice, tomato, and olive oil that is served as a mezze dish or at breakfast.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Transfer to a pot and heat over low heat until warm. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with pitas.
For healthy recipes, choose raw fruits, vegetables, and meats, and unprocessed foods.
For healthy recipes, substitute butter for olive oil, and bake, broil, or grill instead of fry.
