FASI is honored that leading experts from amazing brands like Sodexo, PF Changs, Red Robin, GF Jules and others. FASI 2016 will take place November 3-4, 2016 in Denver, Colorado and will bring together leading food service stakeholders with today’s leading food allergy and gluten-free experts. FASI 2016 brings expert speakers, panelists, and industry workers together to discuss training and tools to improve concerns and issues surrounding food allergies. Robin Hamm of Red Robin, who will be speaking, stated that “Red Robin is honored to be invited as part of this inaugural allergen event to share allergen best practices from within the industry.” FASI will be an exclusive event where those involved get deep knowledge and strong connections with others in their field.
FASI 2016 will feature a full agenda of breakout sessions and special events hosted by best-in-class leaders and brands in the industry. FASI 2016 will be a must-attend event for food service professionals wanting to learn about the latest food-allergy tools to achieve food safety, legal aspects of food allergies, as well as access to new product offerings for special dietary needs in industrial kitchens. Advanced registration is needed as the event will be limited to 100 registrants. The conference will be held from Thursday November 3rd at 1:00 pm and will conclude the following day, Friday, November 4th at 12:00 pm.
