Flower Powers Cocktail
This Irish whiskey cocktail, created by PDT bartender John de Barry, is light, floral, aromatic, and elegant. "It's a bit of a Bee's Knees variation, with lots of floral ingredients since they'll be popping up soon," says PDT owner Jim Meehan.

Ingredients
- 2 kumquats
- 1 "-by-1" strip of green bell pepper
- 1 3/4 ounce powers 12 year whiskey
- 1/4 ounce st. germain
- 1/4 ounce honey syrup
- 1 barspoon of lemon juice
- ice
Directions
- Muddle the kumquats and green pepper, then add the rest of the ingredients.Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a silicone flower.
