Ingredients
- 850 gram confectioners' sugar
- 170 gram cocoa powder
- 5 gram salt
- 650 gram chopped walnuts
- 300 gram frozen egg whites
- 300 gram chocolate chunks
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together everything but the egg whites. Slowly mix in the whites and beat for 1 minute. Let it sit for 10 minutes then use the blue 3-ounce scoop on a silpat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
