A Surprising Use for an Everyday Item
An unexpected way to use your blender
Lots of everyday kitchen tools are versatile, but would you have ever thought you could use your mason jars with a blender?
Believe it or not, most blenders can actually be used with a standard or wide-mouthed mason jar. Simply remove the base and container of the blender and reattach the base with the jar. (The only downside is that you need to remove the base and jar before turning it upright.) This is a great method to use when making an extra batch of a recipe (ready-made storage!) or smaller blending quantities of food.
