Esquire Magazine Hosts Series Of Food-Filled Events

When it comes to men, we're sure Esquire magazine knows what they're talking about.

The magazine is always on-point when it comes to fashion, sports, food, music, and trends for the fellas. So it's no surprise that their first-ever event series celebrating all things food, drink, and music is a plethora of A-list chefs, fantastic bites, and famous faces.

As a portion of proceeds go to the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City in support of hurricane relief efforts, New York City will be one step closer to supporting immediate aid needs.

"This will be an Esquire experience like no other," notes Jack Essig, senior vice president, publishing director, and chief revenue office for Hearst Men's Group. "It's our first foray into a ticketed consumer event series, which is a real testament to the appeal of our 'Man at His Best' philosophy. And Esquire has a history of giving back to the community, so we're glad to be able to support those affected by the hurricane."

The events will be held at New York City's Bowery Hotel, and here's what's on the menu:

Saturday, Dec. 1, 9 p.m.

THE EXCEPTIONALS: Named to celebrate the "best of the best," this event will feature music from Grammy-winning superstar DJ and musician Mark Ronson, food provided by famed Italian restaurant Rao's, and cocktails curated by Esquire drinks correspondent David Wondrich and mixologists Andy Seymour and Lulu Martinez.

Sunday, Dec. 2, 12 p.m.

"SHOP LIKE A MAN" FOOTBALL VIEWING PARTY: Watch Sunday football with NFL legend Tiki Barber and enjoy unlimited food and drink inspired by Esquire's Eat Like a Man cookbook, all while doing all your holiday shopping in one place, with help from the "Holiday Hostesses" carrying tablets loaded with gift options from the Made Collection and other select partners.

Monday, Dec. 3, 6:30 p.m.

THE GREATEST MEAL EVER COOKED: Six all-star courses by master chefs during one unforgettable evening of food and drink hosted by Esquire's editor-in-chief David Granger. Chefs Tom Colicchio, Michael Symon, Michael White, Jonathan Benno, Linton Hopkins, Christina Tosi, and Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi will create the meal.
