Whether they disapprove of you, or you’re just not a fan of them, the holidays are the time to patch things up and establish family ties. What better way to do that than by baking a chocolate dessert?

Chocolate is scientifically proven to make people happier. Tryptophan, an amino acid found in small quantities in chocolate, is used by the brain to produce serotonin, which is the neurotransmitter that can produce feelings of happiness, according to Science Focus. Keep your in-laws happy by serving them a chocolate dish that scientifically has to make them smile. Phenylethylamine, also found in chocolate, promotes the feeling of excitement and nervousness that is associated with falling in love, according to the article. No wonder we fell in love with this dessert! Make your in-laws fall in love with you and your amazing dessert by serving this to them at your next dinner party
