Many of us love to grill fish on the barbecue in the summer. Below is a simple marinade we use at Elegant Affairs. The flavor is absolutely delicious.
Simply combine all the ingredients, place in baggies with salmon and marinate 2-4 hours.
A fresh fish should not smell fishy nor have milky, opaque eyes; it should have bright red gills, firm flesh, and a tight anal cavity.
Whole fish should be stored upright in ice in the refrigerator.
