On Friday, November 6, the James Beard Foundation will complete the final leg of its Taste America tour, featuring culinary stars from all over the country and benefitting the James Beard Foundation.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the evening will kick off with a cocktail and tasting reception featuring local Los Angeles chefs like Jessica Koslow (Sqirl), Ray Garcia (Broken Spanish), Michael Hung (Faith & Flower), Zack Pollack (Sotto), and Timothy Hollingsworth (Otium).

Dinner will follow in the form of a four-course seated dinner, with a menu created by James Beard Award winner Hugh Acheson (Five and Ten, The National, Empire State South), and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Animal, along with the evening's host, chef Louis Pechan of The Ebell of Los Angeles, a historic women's club.

All VIP all-star tickets, priced at $350, have sold out, but tickets are still available for tables of 10 at VIP and premier levels, as well as individual tickets for premier dining, and for the tasting reception.
