Olympia Provisions Reveals Super Bowl And Valentine's Day Specials
Olympia Provisions, AKA the Portland charcutier formerly known as Olympic Provisions, has released some delectable seasonal packages for Super Bowl Sunday and Valentine's Day.
Super Bowl Summer Sausage
To celebrate the big game day, Olympia Provisions has crafted the ridiculous and awesome football sausage. OP takes its classic pork sausage, spiced with mustard and garlic, and shapes it into a football. It then gets a coating of wax and decorated with stitches, making the perfect snack for the big game. Valentine’s Day “Meathearts”
Is chocolate too cliche for your Valentine? Then surprise them with this heartbox full of delicious meat instead. For V-Day this year, OP is offering two heartboxes, the "Will You Be My Meatheart?" and the "Meat + Sweet." The first is a box of delicious Olympia Provisions sausages: The Saucisson D'Alsace, and Alsatian pub style sausage flavored with nutmeg, clove, allspice, and cinnamon; the Saucisson D'Arles, a pure, simple sausage of pork and salt; and the Saucisson Sec, pork sausage flavored with garlic and black pepper.
