LYFE Kitchen Opens 18th Restaurant In Playa Vista
LYFE Kitchen has opened its 18th restaurant in Playa Vista. It is the company's seventh restaurant in Southern California, with other locations in Culver City, Irvine Spectrum, Palo Alto, Tarzana, Valencia and West Hollywood.
The Playa Vista location held its grand opening event on February 9, 2016, which included a Brussels sprout cutting by Chance Carlisle, the company's President and CEO. The latest LYFE is housed in the middle of the Runway at Playa Vista and offers fast fine dining.
The chain offers a healthy alternative to fast food, serving quality fresh meals, without the additives. All dishes contain fewer than 600 calories and less than 1,000 mg of sodium.
Executive Chef Faye Greenberg's menu includes a tasty variety of flatbreads, quesadillas, wraps, tacos, fresh market salads and quinoa crunch bowls. In addition, LYFE serves up veggie or grass-fed beef burgers. Sides include savory baked garlic Parmesan sweet potato fries, kale salads with toppings such as cranberry and avocado and roasted veggies.
LYFE Kitchen also has a breakfast menu featuring classics like turkey sausage and chipotle potato hash, frittatas, egg sandwiches and burritos, blueberry buttermilk pancakes and Greek yogurt bowls.
