La Boheme, the landmark West Hollywood restaurant, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Along with a new chef de cuisine, this restaurant has also launched a new dinner and bar menu.

Chef Leonardo Daniele was born and raised in Sicily and comes to La Boheme after working in a variety of restaurants in Orange County and Las Vegas. His new menu focuses on authentic Italian dishes. Highlights include prosciutto wrapped shrimp; seared scallops with charred corn; truffle mushroom arancini, lobster and avocado salad; roasted jidori chicken; porcini ragu; bouillabaisse; and rack of lamb with grilled vegetables.

Desserts include panna cotta, mascarpone ricotta cheesecake, Kahlua bread pudding, chocolate rum ganache, and a St. Honore cake with puff pastry, cream puffs, and vanilla custard.

Beverage director Fred Ghiassi has revamped the cocktail menu to focus on contemporary takes on classic cocktails including the new Mule De Notre Dame with vodka, fresh blackberries, hibiscus-infused agave, Chambord, and ginger beer, and the daiquiri the elder with rum, lime and grapefruit juice, and St. Germain.
