One of the great things about Trader Joe's is that you never quite know what you're going to encounter on your next visit, as new products are rolled out all the time. Well, we've removed some of the mystery for you; these are the 10 best new products that have recently hit the shelves.

Honey Walnut Shrimp

These frozen fried shrimp have a light batter and a sweet and creamy sauce with a hint of pineapple; the sauce and candied walnuts are packaged separately, and all the components are tossed together before serving. Become Betty says, "Would I buy this again?  Yes.... As a nice treat that you can get 2 meals out of, it was well worth the $6.99."

Oven-Baked Cheese Bites

This brilliant snack is made with just cheese, including plenty of Grana Padano. The bites are packed with protein and are super-cheesy, as well as shelf-stable. Junk Food Guy loves them, saying that "each disc is a crunchy cheese flavor explosion."

Pear and Persimmon Tarte

This tart-galette hybrid starts with a buttery cookie-like rugelach crust, which is filled with a layer of almond frangipane and plenty of cinnamon-kicked fresh pear and persimmon. Become Betty says it's "fresh, tasty and the presentation of this tart is beautiful."

Italian Bigonda Cheese with Herbs

A new addition to the cheese department, this cheese is made by a master cheesemaker in Italy's Trentino province. It's a traditional caciotta-style farmstead cheese, meaning that is has a semi-soft texture with a firm and creamy consistency, and it's studded with laurel, thyme, parsley, chives, fennel, and caraway seeds. Become Betty loved it, calling it "a cheese I'd love to experiment with to add a twist to a recipe" like macaroni and cheese.

Korma Fish Curry

This frozen entrée starts with swai, a Southeast Asian fish that's similar to catfish, which is rubbed with a spice mixture, roasted, and packaged with a sauce that includes coconut, cashews, tamarind, cilantro, and turmeric. Rice is also included. Ain't Found a Good Title Blog appreciated the spiciness, and especially enjoyed the "pleasant surprises that made each bite a slightly different adventure."

Korean Style BBQ Sauce

If you're tired of the same old barbecue sauce, then this Korean-influenced one should be on your list. It gets its flavor from ingredients such as pear purée, soy sauce, garlic, sake, ginger, lemon juice, and gochujang. Mantou Joe loved it, saying "the sweet savory balance is just right, and the sauce goes so well with rice."

Grainless Granola

This gluten-free granola is "a mix of dates, dried bananas, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cashews, accented by a bit of cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt." While What's Good at Trader Joe's found the texture to be a little soft, but called it "a good mix overall."

Shrimp Soft Tacos

These frozen tacos are made with corn tortillas filled with Argentinian shrimp; a salsa verde with cilantro, tomatillo, and pumpkin seeds; and Cotija cheese. Both What's Good at Trader Joe's and Become Betty agree that while the end result doesn't look much like it does on the package, it's still full of flavor and overall very good.

Marinated Rack of Lamb With Herbs

This new premium product ($15.99 a pound) is a vacuum-packed rack of lamb that's been fully cooked to medium-rare via sous vide and rubbed with extra-virgin olive oil, parsley, thyme, roasted garlic, salt, and white pepper. While What's Good at Trader Joe's found that the portion was a little small for two people, they found the meat to be "soft, tender, pink, delicious," and the herbs "added a great little smidge of flavor, especially some mild garlic, without overpowering the natural goodness of the meat."

Strawberry Champagne Truffles

These truffles are made in small batches by a chocolatier in England. A white chocolate shell surrounds a creamy Champagne- and strawberry-flavored filling. What's Good at Trader Joe's calls them "astoundingly good," adding that "a festive, top-shelf candy product with a sweet, balanced flavor infused with strawberry, and an amazingly-inviting texture that will have you straining not to eat the whole box in a matter of minutes."
