Head to the elegant Gazebo lounge and restaurant, where you can dine on local classics like jerk chicken and grilled lobster, as well as upscale Jamaican curries. The website will say the Gazebo was built overlooking the beach and lagoon for those gorgeous Caribbean sunsets, but any spy worth their salt knows a good stakeout point when they see one.
