Eat Like The Stars: The 2014 Golden Globes Menu

With the star-studded red carpet, the fabulous attire, and the jaw-droppingly gorgeous talent, the 71st Annual Golden Globes is an evening many are longing to attend. And when you find out what they are serving, you'll be wishing you could pull up to a plate with them! This year, the menu (curated by Executive Chef Suki Sugiura, Executive Sous Chef Chris O'Connell and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi) seems to reflect the trend of healthy eating.

The stars will start the meal off with popular winter grilling treats with an appetizer trio featuring grilled eggplant with sun-dried tomato and pine nut hummus on seared tomato, mini sweet pepper with feta cheese, pomegranate, herbs, and California olive oil on grilled pita, and grilled artichoke on multigrain tabbouleh and tahini.

The main entrée consists of a Mediterranean spice-crusted braised beef short rib and sautéed smoked fillet of Atlantic sea trout with a spinach sweet corn ragù and light cream of tomato dill sauce.

And to wash it all down, the cocktail will be a citrusy Moët & Chandon blend with pear-cardamom simple syrup and pear brandy, garnished with a fan of Forelle or Seckel pears.
