Foursquare Tips

  • "We slurped down two gigantic steamed oysters swimming in ginger-scallion sauce, then tackled the fragrant pile of fried jumbo shrimp with spiced salt."
  • Try the garlic spare ribs
  • Try the fried squid: affordable and a surprising crowd-pleaser... cooked with red and green peppers, scallions, and wonton skins and garnished with slices of orange.
  • Late night "cold tea." Spectacular food - love lobster with ginger & scallion, steak with black pepper sauce, pork with preserved veg (a MUST), & chicken with salted fish & tofu hot pot. Just do it. :
  • Great chinese seafood.
  • Roasted whole (or half) garlic chicken is exquisite.
  • All I can say is mmmmm mmmmm good!! Everything
  • They got the best Fried Squid I've had in a long time. The Scallion pancakes are good too. :)
  • Try the oysters steamed with ginger and scallions. The winter melon soup and the fried squid appetizer are also scrumptious.
  • Best seafood in Chinatown. Instead of overpaying for lobster and clams elsewhere, come to East Ocean City! Clams with black bean sauce and the whole steamed fish are great
  • If you can read Chinese, there are many more fabulous dishes on the Chinese menu than on the English one. My fave is the duck with taro - a family favorite for the past 20+ years!
  • Julia Child was a regular here.
  • Garlic chicken is amazing!
