The Best of Both Worlds: 10 Places Where You Can Do Yoga and Drink Beer

Some would argue that nothing is better than going out for an ice-cold beer after a long day at work. This may be true, but others insist that a long, releasing workout is the true way to unwind on any occasion.

Keeping that in mind, what would you do if we told you that you can do both? That's right: "BeerYoga" is actually becoming a thing.

Though the combination sounds odd at first, take a moment to stop and think about it. Sure, a nice beer after a hard day's work is satisfying, but so is a workout. Why wouldn't you combine the two for double the relaxation? It's brilliant.

To make your life easier, some breweries have started offering yoga classes. This way, you don't have to relocate to a bar to sit back and enjoy your beer. Additionally, everyone around you is on the same page — post yoga class, dressed in their workout gear, ready for a drink. It sounds like the perfect kind of community to us, and we want to make it easy for you to become part of it.

Take a look at our list of 10 places where you can practice yoga and have a beer. Now here's the real question: Should we say namaste or cheers?
