7 Fast-Food Iced Coffees To Avoid Slideshow

Burger King: Iced Mocha

According to the burger chain's site, this iced mocha "offers a cool, full-bodied, and robust mocha flavor experience." Want to know what else it offers? Two hundred-eighty calories and 3 grams of fat. Believe it or not, you could have ordered their flame-broiled hamburger for 20 less calories than that.

McDonald’s: McCafé Iced Caramel Mocha

You may be lovin' the taste of this chocolaty iced mocha, but if you indulge in one too many, chances are you won't be too thrilled with the effect on your waistline. In a large size with all the trimmings (whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and drizzle), this iced coffee packs 390 calories and 14 grams of fat — that's 10 calories more than the amount in an order of medium-sized fries.

Dunkin’ Donuts: Caramel Turtle Iced Latte

Granted, the words "caramel turtle" hint at the fact that this drink isn't the most waistline-friendly, but would you have guessed that a large size (with whole milk) will set you back 440 calories? You could have scarfed down two sugared cocoa doughnuts for less calories than that. Even the more sensible large iced coffee version packs a not insignificant 230 calories.

Cold Stone Creamery: Iced Raspberry Truffle Mocha Latte

Raspberry truffle iced latte? If you're saying to yourself, "I gotta have it," be advised that at Cold Stone Creamery, the request comes at the price of 520 calories. That said, "loving it" or "liking it" won't get you much of a calorie downgrade either (coming in at 470 and 300 calories, respectively). At that calorie cost you might as well just stick to ice cream.

Baskin Robbins: Iced Cappy Mocha Blast

The ice cream chain's Iced Cappy Mocha Blast definitely delivers a blast — of calories, that is. A large size contains a whopping 610 calories and 10 grams of fat, which is a good deal more than the 530 calorie two-scoop ice cream sundae.

Seattle’s Best Coffee: Cold-Brewed Marble Mocha

If you're looking to get in on the oh-so-hot-right-now cold-brewed coffee trend, this might not be the most sensible drink to do it with. Topped with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, and chocolate drizzle, a large size of this decadent iced coffee will set you back 540 calories.

Starbucks: Iced Caramel Macchiato

As tasty as this combination of espresso, vanilla-flavored syrup, milk, and caramel sauce over ice sounds, it may be a little tough justify the 370 calories that a venti size (with whole milk) will cost you. (For comparison's sake, that's 20 more calories than there are in a slice of marble pound cake, and nearly as many as in a grande caramel Frappuccino.) Even with the drink's standard 2-percent milk, the same size clocks in at 330 calories.
