Donato Enoteca will host a Thursday, March 3 Ca’ Rossa Winery (Roero, Italy) wine paired dinner beginning at 7:00 PM.
The $110.00 prix fixe menu, prepared by guest chef Davide Palluda, will consist of five courses, accented with black truffle, each paired with an appropriate wine from Ca’ Rossa Winery. The price is per person and excludes tax and gratuity.
Palluda is the chef/owner of Ristorante all’Enoteca located in Canale, Italy. In 2000, he was named the best young chef in Italyby the Espresso Restaurant Guide and that same year he received one star from the Michelin Guide and has continued to receive that rating every year since. Palluda’s only other Californiaguest chef appearance will be at Mario Batali’s restaurant La Mozza in Los Angeles.
Also in attendance at the dinner will Ca’ Rossa Winery winemaker/owner Angelo Ferrio whose wines often receive the coveted Tre Bicchieri (three glasses) award from the top Italian wine guide Gambero Rosso.
