Foursquare Tips

  • This cozy enoteca in Cleveland Park is your quintessential neighborhood restaurant. It also just so happens to have one of the best wine lists in town. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Menu is seasonal & locally sourced so changes often. Ask owner Dean Gold what to order for dinner & trust in Andrew Shapiro at the bar...
  • Went to an old favorite last night: Dino. Amazing wine. Get the lasagnette!
  • Eat the grilled apricots with prosciutto and mascarpone. They are very tasty.
  • Must have the great burger prepared with anchovy & sriracha aioli on a ciabatta bun, add on pepper bacon and caramelized onions!
  • Sit at the bar and nosh on an assortment of free olives and crostini.
  • Be sure to subscribe to their mailing list--their menu is seasonal and changes by the week, and their sourcing is sustainable. Dean's emails could be a 101 class on sustainable, seasonal purveying.
  • Mon-Wed is $18 bottle wine night. You can also bring your own bottle of wine.
  • Endless mimosas and Sunday brunch! (But ask to get topped off with more champagne... The first one I had was pretty weak)
  • Don't be late! The kinda nazis about reservation times...
  • The three course deal is crazy affordable and they've got a great wine list. Try the lasagnette; it's outstanding!
  • Too loud? Your ears get a bit of a respite on the second floor, where the choice seats are any of the four booths.
  • They knock 33 percent off wines priced $50 or higher on Sunday and Monday, and allow patrons to bring in their own wine, free of corkage fees, on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Definitely try the gelato. The cinnamon has hints of cardamom and is absolutely amazing.
  • Absolutely delicious. Had the fried roman artichokes, fettuccini chantarelle, and tiramisu, loved it all!
  • Dino is closing soon. Go there while you can! Right now!
  • From Eater DC: free corkage Monday-Wednesday
  • The pizza is tasty!
  • Very cozy, affordable family-friendly w/impeccable service and ample kids menu. Kids are charged by their age. Eggplant parmigiana and cioppino are tasty choices for adults. Good deals on wine too.
  • Meh. ladies room reeks of urine and the garbage can obviously hadn't been emptied in days. Server forgot to place one order. Food took ages to arrive and was very average. Maybe chef off on Sunday?
