I have to say, I got extremely hungry after scouring the internet looking for inspiration for different ways to prepare spaghetti squash. I am amazed by all the recipes and all the very different and creative ways that chefs and home cooks are preparing this fantastic vegetable. For instance, Dara of Cookin' Canuck, has completely won me over with her Spaghetti Squash with Gorgonzola, Dried Cherries and Pecans recipe (shown above)... how good does that sound? I would never think to come up with some of these flavor combinations and am anxious to try some of them very soon.
