This will in fact seal the deal: the deal to a fantastic New Year's Day brunch. The Deal Sealer cocktail is made at the Beachside Restaurant and Bar in Marina del Rey, Calif., by Rob Cocolin.

Ingredients
- 2-3 strawberries
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce st. germain
- prosecco, to top
Directions
- Muddle strawberries with 3 basil leaves, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add vodka and St. Germain. Shake vigorously and single strain into glass. Top with prosecco, and garnish with 1 basil leaf.
