Foursquare Tips

  • This lower east side staple might be dreary from the front, but inside is a covered garden and often, customers with their adorable pet dogs.
  • Holy Jesus, D.B.A. has awesome beers. They had Double Dead Guy Ale, which I didn't even know existed... (Awesome)
  • Patience is key for getting a drink.
  • Bathrooms and service suck ass
  • Lazy afternoon?... want great beer?... want to sit outside? D.B.A. is the answer
  • Dogs are welcome at this bar. Come in and grab a beer with your pup.
  • Grab a few and plan on staying for awhile when its nice out - the backgarden is on our top urban oasis list.
  • Two TVs showing Yankees game, none showing Mets, refused to put things right. Obviously a despicable place run by terrible people.
  • Great dog friendly bar with outdoor seating in the back!
  • This place has the best beer selection and is always swarming w laid back good looking people. The back patio is one of my fave spots to post up for hours.

  • If whiskey is your drink, then this is your place. Gets crowded on the weekends. Visit during the week and bring your dog.
  • Dog friendly and back patio. Sounds like a perfect summer activity.
  • Back patio is good for groups, get there early to snag a table on sunny days.
  • There's a cat here who hangs out in the back office. Her name is Maggie. Sometimes she pops out of the office to entertain guests. By the looks of it, she doesn't like being picked up.
  • Its a beer lovers mecca250 brews (20 on tap)
  • Outstanding selection of beer and whiskey with a friendly vibe.
  • Ask if you cab pet the cat in the box. It's cute & licks itself on the bar.
  • Go to d.b.a. and order a Four Roses Small Batch, neat.
  • Drinks choice, yes plentiful. Mens room, yes hold breath. Go the the website and see if you favorit bar stool is vacant, then run over.. .
