Crema: Great Coffee, No Laptops

There's a new change happening at one of Denver's best coffee shops: a no camp-out policy. Due to the overwhelming number of laptop campers taking over tables at Crema Coffee House, the coffee shop found a new way to discourage the moochers.

Eater reports that Crema has cut out the power lines in the coffee shop, disabling power outlets from use. So when your laptop battery dies, that's it. Eater reports that one barista explained to a customer, "it makes for a really long day at one table when people plug their laptops in." Understood. So if you're looking for a coffee shop to work in, Crema might not be your spot — but at least it's still a great place for a cup of coffee in Denver.
