Organic Eggnog, Dairy or Dairy Free

Eggnog is a holiday favorite, but if you've got lactose intolerant guests, you might not consider serving it. Think again. Substitute coconut milk for the whole milk and heavy cream and you've got a delectable dairy-free drink. The recipe is a bit involved to reprint here, so check out Deliciously Organic for all the details.

Elderflower Fizz

Organic elderflower liqueur has a toasty, almost nutty flavor. It's the perfect pairing with dry champagne and a dash of lime. The pretty leaves of the thyme sprig garnish are so tiny and delicate, they add some decorative loveliness to this bracing celebratory cocktail.

½ ounce organic vodka

½ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur

1 ounce organic lime juice

Several ounces organic champagne (to taste)

1 sprig organic thyme

Traditional Hot Buttered Rum

A winter wedding needs hot, toasty drinks to stave off the chill. Hot buttered rum is a classic. It's savory and spicy and sends tingling heat radiating to toes and fingertips. There are many variations on the recipe. Here is my personal favorite. Remember to fill the dry mug with the spices and lemon, then add the rum and boiling water, then drop in the butter. Let the butter melt and enjoy!

1 teaspoon organic raw sugar

¼ teaspoon finely minced organic lemon rind

A pinch of ground cloves

A pinch or two of cinnamon

A pinch of nutmeg

1 ½ ounce organic golden rum

Boiling water

1 generous teaspoon of organic salted butter

Santa's Apple Sparklers

Santa's apple sparklers are extremely easy to make. They're refreshing, delicious, and their festive color will fit in perfectly with the rest of your holiday wedding décor. Omit the red wine for a virgin apple sparkler (you can add ½ cup of ginger ale in its place for a little spice).

½ cup organic orange juice (fresh squeezed is the most delicious)

½ cup chilled organic red wine

½ cup organic sparkling apple cider
