  • On 27th January 2007 Fulham beat Stoke City 3-0 in the FA Cup behind some superb finishing from Mcbride, Radzinski and Former Roma striker Vincenzo Montella (pictured).
  • The Johnny Haynes statue, located outside of Craven Cottage, was erected in October 2008 in honour of Fulham's greatest ever player.
  • This is the home of Fulham FC, Londons oldest professional football club (est.1879). The name comes from a cottage built for Lord Craven here, which burned down in 1888.
  • Our home, on the banks of the River Thames, since 1896. Making us the oldest professional Club in London.
  • On 5th May 2007, Fulham defeated Liverpool 1-0 at Craven Cottage behind Clint Dempsey's first ever goal. This all important win meant another year of Premier League football down by the Thames.
  • On 1st September 2007, Diomansy Kamara scored a spectacular overhead kick to equalise a minute from full-time as Fulham grabbed a 3-3 draw v Tottenham.
  • On 29th November 2006, Fulham claimed their first win over Arsenal in 40 years in a 2-1 scoreline. FFC's goals came from American Brian McBride and Canadian Tomasz Radzinski.
  • On 3rd November 2007, FFC ran out 3-1 winners over Reading in what was the year of Fulham's 'Great Escape'. Simon Davies scored the first which was a goal of the season contender!
  • Before the Johnny Haynes Stand was built in 1905 (the stand located on Stevenage road) it was once home to another stand called the 'Rabbit Hutch'.
  • On 15th September 2012, Dimitar Berbatov was the star of the show in his home debut at Craven Cottage scoring a brace as Fulham recorded a three-nil win against West Bromwich Albion. COYW!
  • On 16th March 2008 Fulham Captain Brian McBride headed in the only goal ('67) to beat Everton at the Cottage in what was a crucial win for FFC during the 'Great Escape'.
  • On 12 March 1973, Brazilian legend Pele' played at Craven Cottage for his Club team, Santos FC, in a friendly against the Fulham first team. Fulham won 2-1.
  • On 9th May 2009, Diomansy Kamara scored a brace against Aston Villa to secure a 3-1 win for Fulham and 3 points for the Whites.

  • The walk from Putney Bridge through Bishops park is a pretty cool route to the ground.

  • On 22nd August 2001, FOUR years after they were playing Doncaster in the Third Division, Fulham recorded their first ever Premiership win by defeating Sunderland 2-0.
