If you’re like me, then you struggle with buying a whole bag of flour, or sugar, or really any bag of baking supplies because you don’t know how you would use the leftovers. I spent this past year abroad in Switzerland and although I had a kitchen and a couple kitchen necessities, I never bought baking supplies because I didn’t want to waste groceries or money (I would have rather spent it on traveling).

With that being said, I did figure out how to make some pretty good flourless banana muffins (recipe coming soon) and became an expert at making fried eggs and oatmeal.
