Concourse Cool: ICE Dishes And Drinks Opens At O'Hare Airport

ICE Dishes and Drinks, a new restaurant and bar at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, is serving up cool concourse cocktails and cold treats.

A chic addition to Terminal 3, the sleek bar with an icy color palette is located in the L concourse, across from Gate L2. The backlit bar displays 26 vodkas, including organic, wheat, grain, rye, and grape. ICE Dishes and Drinks accentuates each cool concoction with its namesake ice — depending on the beverage, the ice is served shaved, cubed, or chiseled into blocks.

The food menu includes exclusively cold plates, including tapas, tartines, and salads, which are available all day. Top-sellers include the artisan cheese plate, charcuterie, smoked salmon, and Mediterranean veggie platter.

ICE Dishes and Drinks joins a duo of piano wine bars that debuted earlier this year at O'Hare. Beaudevin in Terminal 1 and Bubbles in Terminal 3 both opened in February.
