Piperade Restaurant In San Francisco Announces A September Basque Hotel Dinner
Piperade in San Francisco has announced that it will be hosting a Basque Hotel Dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 7:00 p.m.
Priced at $125.00 per person (includes tax and gratuity), the four-course event will include paired with wines by the glass and take place in the restaurant's Lauburu private room. The evening will be overseen by Chef/proprietor Gerald Hirigoyen. The featured wines will be from Bodegas Muga Winery.

Chef Hirigoyen comments, "Basque hotels have long been social centers that helped locals and boarders preserve their culture when in a foreign country and a meal of familiar dishes and a good bottle of wine was another way to stay connected. This dinner is a chance for me to honor this tradition."
