Cocktails & Dinner Bites At Wingtip Private Club To Benefit Sprouts' Chef-In-Training
COCKTAILS & DINNER BITES
Wingtip is making a one-night exception to their members-only policy as they invite 40 culinary enthusiasts to join their members for a private dinner and cocktail hour. The event will take place right inside Wingtip's very own wine cave. Executive Chef Matt Paine will be cooking up a spread of seasonal plates and their mixologist will be dazzling us with artisanal cocktails, fine wines, and craft beers.
THE FOOD
Oysters, Insalata Caprese, Billionaire's Bacon, Halfmoon Bay Spot Prawns Wrapped in Lardo, Warm Persimmons with Humboldt Fog and Proscuitto, Scallops served over a Kabocha Squash Puree, Local Cheeses (Curated by Matt Gill of Mission Cheese), Charcuterie including Iberico Belota.
THE CAUSE
In partnership with Jamie Oliver's Apprenticeship Program, Sprouts offers disadvantaged Bay-Area youth the opportunity to change their lives around by teaching them the essential vocational skills needed to land a job in the restaurant industry. For 6 months, Chef-in-training interns cook alongside some of the best chefs in the Bay-Area, right inside their restaurants, all the while receiving a stipend for their labor. Your entire ticket will go to the direct sponsorship a Chef in training and will count as a charitable donation.
