Cochon 555 Is Now Offering Some Serious VIP Status

You know Cochon 555, right? It's basically the end all be all 14-market tour of exceptional ingredients, great flavor, and a serious meeting of the minds.

Cochon hosts 14 culinary events from coast to coast, with the goal of supporting sustainable agriculture along the way. The journey begins every January, when Cochon 555 embarks on a 10-city culinary competition and tasting tour.

Well, in honor of those who have supported Cochon and their mission, here's a little present for you: the Couchon Chef's Course card. Sounds pretty exclusive, doesn't it? Essentially a national dining incentive program, the card will give members some serious perks at more than 60 restaurants and partners across the country, with some participating restaurants offering exclusive complimentary chef-prepared tasting courses.

A portion of the proceeds from the Chef's Course card will benefit, who else, but the James Beard Foundation.

The Chef's Course card is now available at Cochon555.com and details for the upcoming fourth U.S. tour are here.
