Cochon 555 Hits Boston Next Week

The traveling pork show will make its Boston stop on March 24 at the Revere Hotel

Now in its fifth year, the infamous, pork-laden Cochon 555 tour will make its Boston stop at the Revere Hotel on Sunday, March 24. Starting at 5 p.m. (or 4 p.m. for VIPs), ticket holders will enjoy pork prepared by five of Boston’s top chefs. This year the featured chefs are Jody Adams (Rialto / Trade), Michael LaScola (American Seasons), Michael Scelfo (Russell House Tavern), Brian Young (Citizen Public House), and Colin Lynch (Menton).  Guests will vote for who is crowned as this year’s "Prince of Pork" while also being treated to pork-inspired cocktails and desserts, craft cheese, beer, and wine.

With a week to go, make sure you secure your spot at this event. It only comes once a year, and rumor has it that this year, being the fifth anniversary of the nationwide tour, will be full of surprises.
