Foursquare Tips

  • Two toilets in the restroom!?!
  • Check your bill because they'll sneak in gratuity, even for smaller groups.
  • One thing I love about this place that cracks me up ;p
  • Use both toilets at the same damn time ;)
  • Sit in the garden and smoke some hookah. They have a ton of flavors.
  • salmon salad is the bomb; and of course if you are smoking hookah try the New York.
  • Essential NYU: You will end up here if you're a freshman at NYU.
  • Cloister has a new rule: you can smoke your $20 hookah only for 1 hour, then you pay $5 for each extra coal. Go somewhere else. A lot of other hookah places in the East Village!
  • Waitresses are unfriendly and bitchy. Hookahs good tho
  • One of my favorite hookah places. Pay a ton of attention to your hookah and it has a garden that is the prettiest! And the food isn't too shabby.
  • Great vibe! High quality hookah
  • Go to Cloister Cafe, make merry.
  • Doesn't have the best service. But if you want to smoke hookah at a beautiful garden at the heart of East village, listen to birds chirping, and forget that you are still in Manhattan, this is it.
  • Had a great time here! The bathroom facilities are progressive.
  • One of the best outdoor spaces for brunch
  • It could be a real nice place for lounging with friends and just hanging out when it's not too crowded. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu)
  • This place blows ass, they have no chairs nor feelings
  • The rose hookah is pretty good.
  • Nice music and hood earl grey! Also try east village hookah (w honey and coffee)
  • The Mango hookah is delicious!
