Chinese New Year Cocktails

While the most elegant way to celebrate the Chinese New Year is with a traditional tea ceremony, we like to celebrate with a cocktail now and then, too. So we can give thanks to two San Francisco bartenders, Carlos Yturria of E&O Asian Kitchen and Jessamine McLellan, lead bartender at Hakkasan, who have mixed up two cocktails just for the year of the snake.

So while you're making your Chinese New Year dinner at home, be sure to mix up these festive cocktails, too.
