  • You can't go wrong with a cocktail here - impressive recommendations, lovingly crafted.
  • Don't be afraid of the Foie de Lapin. It's so delicious. Loves the mussels and the steak frite, too! Great atmosphere at the bar and upstairs.

  • The cocktails here match the restaurants French, Prohibition-era style perfectly: Kir Royales and French 77s, made with St. Germain, lemon, and cremant, are utter perfection.
  • Smoked bluefish rillettes.
  • Wonderful place for food and drinks after work. Good deals on the happy hour specials.
  • Been here twice. It's good for happy hour but the service is just okay in the sit down area and the selections are rather limited.

  • The Bitches Say: B+. Chez Billy offers a well-appointed brunch in a lovely setting, though the entrees could have used some additional heft. Winner of the Bitches' Worst Brunch Loss award of 2013!

  • Great addition to Petworth scene.
  • A pretty un-pretentious, but definitely not cheap French restaurant. A super beautiful place though, with rich woods, private booths, and a warm crackling fire in the wintertime. (Great for dates!)
