With Chopped All-Stars premiering on March 6th and the new season of Top Chef Masters starting April 6th, there is no shortage of celebrity chefs gracing the small screen. Adding to the on-air excitement, chefs Ludo Lefebvre and John Besh announced this week that they will be starring in their own shows.

Besh's show, Chef John Besh's New Orleans will draw inspiration from his classic cookbook, My New Orleans. Each half-hour segment will feature Besh cooking a collection of his recipes — the lineup for the first episode includes black-eyed peas, popcorn rice, cornbread, and beef brisket with horseradish and smoothed cabbage. The series will begin in early April on the American Public Television channel.

This July on the Sundance Channel, Ludo and his wife, Kristine will document their journey as they open a pop-up restaurant for one night only in six American cities. The first two episodes of LudoBites America will feature Mobile, Alabama, and Marfa, Texas. Ludo crafted the menu for each segment based on the regional cuisine of each pop-up location.
