June 30 marked the grand start of Le Tour de France, which means it's time to celebrate. Brasserie Jo in Boston has created a regional menu that will mark the route of the Le Tour de France. The menu highlights the diversity of the region, starting in Belgium with offerings such as Belgian waffles, then traveling through places such as Bourgogne (serving eggs meurette, crispy pork belly, and brioche), and ending in Paris with pommes frites and béarnaise.

As always, executive chef Nicholas Calias will be using fresh, seasonal ingredients to make all of the entrées.

In the 190-seat main dining room, diners will be able to experience the region through food as well as cheer on their favorite cyclists, as the restaurant will be tuned into the race. Diners also have the chance to win a racing bike of their own by entering the restaurant’s raffle.

So, if you cannot travel to see the races, watch the events unfold while dining at Brasserie Jo.
