The difficult-to-improve-upon mint chocolate chip milkshake gets a caffeine boost with the addition of espresso in this signature drink from São Paulo's Octavio Café.
- 3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 ounce espresso
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Blend ice cream with espresso until smooth and thick. To serve, drizzle some chocolate syrup around the side of a tall glass. Add in milkshake and top with chocolate shavings.
