We’ve all heard about what celebrities like to eat during their pregnancy, but what about after they've given birth?
Actress Busy Phillips recently gave birth to daughter Cricket and is dispelling the rumors that celebrities have to lose all their baby weight immediately, reports US Weekly. On a recent episode of The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet, Phillips stated that "This total obsession with pregnant celebrities — how much weight they gain, what they’re eating, what they look like, how they’re going to lose it — I just feel like, culturally, we’re not being very kind."
Phillips is determined to lose the weight eventually, however, and is willing to work to do it. "I love that the whole weird misconception, 'I just lost it all breast-feeding'… It’s like, 'No you didn’t!'" The star recently tweeted, "Going to my first post-baby spin class… Thirty percent chance I will sit on the bike, not pedaling and cry." Given the fact that her daughter was only born July 2, we think she still has plenty of time.
