(ARG), franchisor of the iconic, Fast Crafted™ Arby’s® restaurant brand with more than 3,300 restaurants worldwide, announced that business partners, Brady Perrigo and Bill Frayer, joined the Brand as its newest franchisees. Perrigo, 27, of Milwaukee, WI and Frayer, 28, of Grand Rapids, MI, met in graduate school at Stanford University while earning MBA degrees.

Perrigo completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, earning a BBA in Finance, and Frayer attended Colgate University, earning a BA in Economics and Political Science. Both have previous experience as restaurant and specialty retail investors. They are planning to grow the Arby’s brand in Arizona and other regions of the United States.

The Arby’s business continues to flourish with significant Q3 2015 system same-store sales (SSS) growth of 9.6 percent versus the same quarter last year, outperforming a representative sample of the larger Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry by an estimated 7.4 percentage points*, and representing the company’s 20th consecutive quarter of SSS growth. Comparable two-year system sales are up 20 percent for the quarter.
Additionally, Arby’s has accelerated new restaurant development and system remodels with the “Inspire” restaurant design. Through Q3 2015, the Brand has opened 31 new restaurants and completed 95 remodels system-wide. On average, Arby’s remodeled restaurants are experiencing sustained sales increases of approximately 15 percent with some experiencing increases of 20 percent or more. Arby’s is scheduled to open 60 new restaurants and complete more than 160 remodels system-wide through the end of the year.
Arby’s remains on track with its goal to surpass $4 billion in system-wide total sales by the end of 2018. Arby’s has produced an 8.9 percent increase in system SSS through Q3 2015.
