A relative newcomer to the burgeoning and competitive restaurant scene in Little Saigon, Brodard Chateau stands out by taking it upscale both in terms of décor and menu execution. Patrons flock here for the spring rolls, but don't miss the other items on the menu.

Foursquare Tips

  • EVERYTHING on their menu is good, but indulge in pure bliss by ordering the Crispy Crab Spring Roll, thank me later.
  • have the lettuce chicken wrap for appetizers and you can't miss out on the signauture grilled pork spring rolls.
  • Known for their spring rolls..pork is always a must try, the soft shell crab roll is great, and if you want something hot, the duck noodle soup was SO GOOD
  • Soft shell crab spring roll!
  • Always get the nem nuong/spring rolls. Very good dishes such as the caramelized catfish on the Traditional Vietnamese Meal menu.
  • Caramelized Prawns w/Tamarind Sauce, Braised Pork, Duck Spring Rolls, Duck Salad, Sizzling Nee York Steak, Filet Mignon, BBQ Chicken & Garlic Noodles
  • Garlic noodles and pork spring rolls
  • BBQ Chicken Garlic Noodles; Fantastic!!!
  • Their famous grilled pork rolls ( nem nuong cuon). The best in OC.
  • They used to have Jazz one night a week. Wed./Thurs.(?). I believe they still do. But you might want to call ahead to find out which night.(lol)
  • Gotta try the pineapple fried rice and the pancake
  • This place is a dark "fancy" version of Brodards' with a wine menu. Save yourself some moola and stick to the strip mall location unless you want their Bun Bo Hue Chay.
  • Garlic rice is yummy, but chicken was really tough & not very flavorful.
  • Sandy is the most awesome bartender & the scotch selection & Dickel rye are icing on the cake after the amazing cuisine. Everything is always top quality, tasty, exquisite, & fresh!
  • Get the duck spring rolls, the duck salad, and the shaken beef. Pairs amazing with a Vietnamese mojito!
  • Seared ahi spring rolls are awesome!!!!
  • Spring rolls, beef salad and bo buc luc!!
  • if you have a late lunch around 2-3pm its pretty empty. Or call in and get it togo!
  • Thought I'd give this upscale version of brodards a try. To my dismay the service wasn't worth it. Can't even get a refill around here! On the other hand, their pork spring rolls were delish!
  • for a cheaper, but less fancy experience, try the original brodard behind the 99cent store on westminster/brookhurst
