If you're not doing the tasting menu, go with the tuna appetizer and either duck or lamb entree. The sommelier here is amazing, so leave the wine selection up to her.

The dinner tasting menu was sublime. Flavors were sophisticated, nuanced and delicate. Every dish was a surprise, immaculate presentation and perfect balance. A joy even in the food glut that is NYC.
