Foursquare Tips

  • Vegan sandwich is good!
  • They do not wrap the "spring rolls" in the traditional way. They're also called summer rolls or goi cuon (Vietnamese), not just spring rolls.
  • Decent food. Service is as slow and weird as one comes to expect in Wicker Park.
  • I didn't tip this asinine child behind the register to blast shitty hip hop music while I eat my meal. Not cool, owner should know!
  • Note all sandwiches are $4.95 now, still worth it!
  • Get the minced pork sandwich. Perfect for lunch.
  • They have more vegan options. I love the Pho.
  • Great banh mi, awesome vegan selection! Employees are really friendly and cool. Alissa leaves incredibly rude 4sq tips!
  • Chicken Ginger Banh Mi, Books, Tea, Wifi & Early 90s Hip Hop this place is heaven!
  • CASH ONLY!
  • Minced pork sandwich = bon
  • Vietnamese sandwiches for $3.95. Very tast; and imported Asian candies.
  • Get a bubble tea!
  • The broth of the beef pho, made from simmering par-boiled beef bones, is a fine and nuanced extract, sporting a generous helping of steak and slightly smoky onion slices.
  • Nothing can beat Banh mi with hot chai on a freezing Chicago winter Saturday morning
  • Unless you're a vegan skip the vegan pho
  • Combination is the way to go, pate
  • Curry fries are amazing. Pho is meh, but Taiwanese Ramen is a delight. Bahn mi. Yum
  • Get a Ban Mi with pork.
  • Food is good but make sure to double check your order. I got the coconut seitan bahn mi and my boyfriend got the chicken. Halfway through, we realized they mismarked them. Luckily I am not vegan!
