Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg while stirring.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and butterscotch chips.
  5. Pour your batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
