Foursquare Tips

  • A good onion soup is hard to findbut not if youre eating here. What to get: Endive salad with blue cheese; steamed mussels in saffron broth; steak frites; steak tartare; apple tart with Calvados.
  • At lunch, order the salmon. Great portion size and the merging of the apple with the fish is super flavorful. Tasty!
  • When Congress is in session, Bistro Bis is the unofficial lunchroom for many members. The onion soup is a crowd pleaser as is the crisp braised pork belly with butter beans. -- Green Guide Editor
